Located to the west of the northern part of Barbados is Maycock’s Bay, a remote beach with rough sea conditions and a back-dropped by cliffs and unspoilt vegetation.

At this beach you will experience waters with strong, dangerous undercurrents, and large waves dominating most of the year.

The Maycock’s Bay area boast some spectacular cliff-top views of the Ocean and is great for surfing and diving. This is where the Caribbean Sea starts to mix with the Atlantic Ocean.

Here you will also see the old ruins of the Maycock’s Fort which is rumoured to have buried treasures that was never found.
