The hot and spicy Cohobblopot in Barbados is one of the Crop Over Festival biggest stage shows.
This event is one of the most exciting of the crop over season, with performances by some of the hottest musical bands and soca artist from Barbados and the Caribbean.
Originally the Cohobblopot was a spectacular event showcasing the Kings and Queens of masquerade bands, parading their magnificent costumes on stage before a panel of judges. The show also featured a variety of local cultural entertainment.
Now, the event excludes the kings and queens aspect, mainly focusing on producing a massive entertainment show, featuring a mix of cultures and talents, through music and dance from local, regional and international entertainers.
Cohobblopot is held on the last weekend of the crop over season, usually on Sunday before the Grand Kadooment Parade.
