GLOBE DRIVE-IN Theatre in Barbados is the only
open-air Cinema on the island, and a popular hangout for all ages especially on weekends.
While at the Drive-in you can choose to enjoy the movie ...in the car ...outside the car ...at the snackette or picnic at the front of the car park.
The atmosphere is lively and fun with all the horn-honking and comments coming from cars, while still having that romantic setting of the clear starry sky and cooling breeze.
The snackette has a variety of tasty items on the menu, such as hot dogs, chicken, fish and more, but lots of locals frequent the Globe Drive-in just for its famous 'Drive-in Burger'.
To listen to the movie you will need to tune your radio to 107.3FM.
The Globe Drive-In screen two movies per admission, depending on the length of the film and have new releases weekly, rotating them every Wednesday.
