Palmetto Bay Beach in Barbados is yet another gorgeous beach on the rugged Atlantic coastline.
Surrounded by cliffs, this hidden bay is very isolated and deserted, featuring pinkish sand, rolling waves and oddly-shaped rock formations, with coconut trees dotting the landscape in the background.
Palmetto Bay has medium waves with some undertow close to shore within the inlet, while seaward has medium to large waves, strong currents and lots of undertow.
This picturesque beach is ideal for photos and offers an incredible panoramic cliff-top view.
Palmetto Bay Beach can be found on the Atlantic Ocean side of the island, on the
Southeast Coast of Barbados in the Parish of St Philip.
